Step 3
Block dates, set seasonal pricing rules, and optionally sync your calendar with external platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com via iCal. Your availability is always accurate.
Step 4
When a guest books or enquires, you are notified immediately. Review the request, check the dates, and confirm or decline. Instant booking is also available if you prefer.
Step 5
Reply to guests in the app. The lodge concierge files the next step from the booking and what has already been said, and it stays quiet when that step is already covered.
Step 6
Card fees come out of the platform share. The owner share is the remainder after that platform cut. Defaults are 93% on return stays and 88% when Holiday Let Hub found the guest.
Step 7
Guests who have completed a stay can leave a verified review. Build your rating over time. High-rated properties are surfaced first in cluster searches.
